About Bob Garrity

1989, Bob Garrity and has provided services and training in communication, planning, problem-solving, restorative practices, diversity and cultural competence, and conflict resolution for businesses, government, schools, universities, and other organizations.

Bob has a B.A. in Government and Elementary Education from William and Mary and an M.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, and is in the final stages of doctoral studies in Social Foundations of Education at the University of Virginia.

He has worked with government, businesses, universities, and over 40 school divisions in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, West Virginia, Georgia, Florida, and Illinois.

Business and government services include training, mediating, facilitating meetings, and facilitating partnering projects.

School services include mediation, group conflict resolution, restorative practices, bullying prevention, planning, staff development, and discipline disparity assessment and intervention.
